Little Sprouts – Edible Pea Hanging Basket
March 1, 11:00 am - 11:30 am

Join us for a fun and hands-on gardening workshop where your child will plant their very own edible pea hanging basket! In this 30-minute session, young gardeners will learn all about how peas grow and the importance of sustainable gardening while getting their hands dirty in the soil.
Each child will have the opportunity to:
- Plant pea starts and seeds into a hanging basket, which they can take home and watch grow.
- Learn about peas as an easy-to-grow, nutritious plant that thrives in the garden.
- Gain gardening knowledge from our expert instructors, who will share tips on plant care, watering, and harvesting.
This workshop is perfect for children to explore the world of edible gardening and gain a sense of accomplishment as they grow their own food. All materials, including the basket, soil, and seeds/starts, will be provided. Just bring your child’s creativity and excitement for gardening!
Cost: $20 (Pre-registration and payment required)
